Sandy Wingfield-Turner & Associates (Pty) Ltd holds professional indemnity insurance underwritten by Santam Insurance Limited.

1. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS OF SANDY DE BRUYN

Sandy de Bruyn has been providing financial advice and intermediary services for more than 35 years and has extensive experience in respect of retirement, investment, estate, risk and tax planning and has successfully completed all required qualifications pertaining to the ambit of her profession.
Sandy de Bruyn is an associate member of the Financial Planning Institute of South Africa.

1. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
   1. Sandy de Bruyn and Sandy Wingfield-Turner & Associates (Pty) Ltd do not hold, directly or indirectly, more than 10% of any product provider’s shares.
   2. In the last financial year, Sandy de Bruyn and Sandy Wingfield-Turner & Associates (Pty) Ltd did not receive more than 30% of their total fees or commissions from any one product provider.
   3. A Conflict of Interest Management Policy is maintained by Sandy Wingfield-Turner & Associates (Pty) Ltd and is available for inspection upon request.

At all times, fees are disclosed in writing prior to implementation of any business transaction and Sandy Wingfield-Turner & Associates (Pty) Ltd receives fees from product companies with whom we interact on your behalf.
